Re:  Interior Design Sales Manager Positions

Dear Linda,

I am interested in Interior Design and Sales Manager Positions.  Please find my resume with my experience and diversified background.

I have strong sales, organizational and design project management skills combined with well developed problem solving skills to address any unexpected issues.  My management capabilities, visual/design skills and attention to detail enable me to successfully execute plans and meet deadlines.

While working at Macy’s, I demonstrated my sales, marketing, project management and financial skills by managing a $10 Million advertising budget and coordinated sales events, product placement in stores and the details of direct mail, catalogs and newspaper ads to meet deadlines and surpass sales goals.
As a Macy’s Visual Merchandising Coordinator, I utilized my project management, design and team management skills to plan, design and coordinate the installation of store merchandise floor plans to maximize sales and provide a consistent standard.

At Chantal Cookware, I managed product branding, marketing collateral, advertising, trade shows, new product launches, the website and placements in trade and consumer magazines and on social media sites.   In addition, I have some interior design experience.  I was a Senior Designer focused on planning, selling and executing designs for residential interiors at The Design Firm.

I believe my well developed networking and relationship building skills combined with my creative background can help any ASID design organization continue to grow.   I would like an opportunity to meet and discuss how we can build a mutually beneficial relationship.

Sincerely,

Joann Lee Dunmire
