Saima Seyar is the principal designer for Elima Designs. She holds a Bachelors of Art in Interior Design and a minor in Architecture from the University of Houston. She has been practicing in Houston since 1998 and is currently the ASID Hospitality Chairperson. Saima has a passion for unique and tasteful design.

Elima Designs offers a wide variety of services, including

* Design Consultation: We offer guidance through the various design process of your specific project needs.
* Full Service Design: Our services include space planning, furniture layouts, custom furniture, drapery, and faux finish & murals.
* Custom Residential/Commercial Spaces: We are involved through the entire building process. We work with the architect/builder to specify custom materials and room layouts that fit your needs.
* Remodeling: We specify materials, space planning/layout, and supervise jobs when working with a contractor.
