Marilee is the founder and lead designer of Libertas Interior Design Solutions, LLC. Marilee creates beautiful yet functional environments for both residential and commercial clients. She is a Registered Interior Designer in the State of Texas (RID) and a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS), which is a designation from the National Home Builders Association. Marilee believes that a well planned interior has the power to transform a person's life. Done right, it can give a person the freedom to really move, see, breathe, work, and live.

This shower is beautiful and contemporary but also fully accessible.  It can be enjoyed by both young or old.  Some of the features include a curbless threshold, a built-in bench with convenient soap niches and towel access, and a hand-held showerhead on a height adjustable rail.
Because this is a curbless shower, a wheelchair user is able to remain independent.
This pocket door offers many advantages in terms of saving space and is wide enough to allow wheelchair or walker access.
This pocket door gives homeowners or guests full access into a beautiful contemporary space.
If you look closely, you'll see lighting under the vanity.  This light functions as a fantastic nightlight!

This custom headboard had to fit precisely in what was a tight space due to the existing window trim.
We designed this custom bench to take advantage of windows that overlook the homeowner's pool.  What was formally an awkward, unusable space became a great reading nook or daybed.
Through our furniture resources, we were able to find our client beautiful used furniture that gave her a very high-end look for a reasonable cost.
