My ultimate goal is to make the design process a pleasant one for my clientele, with exacting attention to detail. My emphasis has always been on creating a warm, inviting, sophisticated environment for my clientele. The greatest compliment I can receive is when her client’s say “I love my home”.

" We lost our home in New Orleans to the floodwaters of Katrina. We were living in Houston trying to figure out how to get back home. Through amazing grace and good fortune we met Donna and Randy Jarnigan. They agreed to help us put our home back together. In the process, they helped our family put our lives back together.
Lacy-Boone became our designer and decorator. We weren't just buying furniture or picking out colors. We were gutting and repairing and totally re-decorating a 4,000 square foot home. Donna was amazing. She understood our vision and set about giving us our home and our lives back. So much more than just a designer or decorator, they really cared about us."

Donna has been in the Interior Design business for over thirty-five years and has experience in Commercial, Residential and Health Care Design. She is an active Professional Member of ASID, member of TAID, and is licensed by the State of Texas as a Designer and Builder. She served as President of the ASID Texas Gulf Coast Chapter for 2005-2006; has served on the TGCC Board in several capacities, and sits on two National ASID Committees.

Areas of specialization include Remodeling and New Construction. Donna believes that knowledge of your client and product is the critical key to creating a successful synergy between client and designer.

Historic Samual May Williams house in Galveston. The left Parlor was refurbished and given a modern twist.

This beautiful, practical kitchen was created specifically for the needs of the new homeowner. Health issues and cooking style drove the details and their love of France set the design stage.
Prior to the remodel this kitchen was worn, dated, and had an inefficient lay-out. The cabinet color is now a custom fauxc finish created by the Designer to coordinate with the new stone and granite.
It is hard to believe this house was under 11 ft. of water due to Hurricane Katrina. A complete redesign of the downstairs gave the homeowner the Chef's kitchen he always wanted. This space used to be the media room.
This beautiful boudoir suite was designed with a bow to the plantation era in style, sustainable and with all the modern amminities.
